FAQ
1. How much will shipping set me back?
Well, if you spend 100 bucks or more, shipping is on us for orders within Canada! Otherwise shipping charges are as follows:
$0 - $50 = $8.95 in Canada & US
$51 - $99 = $10.95 in Canada, $12.95 US
$100* & over = FREE in Canada, $14.95 for orders shipped to the US.

2. How long will it take to get my order?
For orders within Canada we normally ship via Canada Post Expedited Parcel. Assuming everything is in stock, your order will ship out within 2-4 business days. Within Canada, you should receive your order within 1-7 business days from when it's shipped. If you are in Toronto, for example, that's usually 4 business days--but if you're across the bridge from us in Vancouver, you'll usually receive your goodies the very next day. Newfoundland, which is quite a ways from us plus 30 minutes...7 days.
If you need something sooner, please let us know and we can give you an estimate for express shipping. We'll contact you right away if for some reason (gasp!) a product is out of stock that we said was in stock. At that point, you can decide to cancel the order, or wait for it to come back in.
3. Do you ship to the USA?
Yes we do, no problem, we ship to the US frequently via Canada Post (which is the Canadian equivalent to the US Postal Service.) We ship via Expedited Parcel USA and once shipped, your order should arrive in 4-10 business days depending on where you are in the US. Please review our return policy for our US customers below.
4. Your prices are in Canadian dollars, what if I'm paying with my US credit card?
Your credit card company will convert Canadian dollars to US dollars at the time of purchase. Currently, the exchange rate is nearly at par, meaning that $1 US is about $1 Canadian. No sales tax is charged to orders shipped to the USA.
5. What is your return policy?
If you're not happy, you may return your purchase/s within 14 days of receipt for exchange or Bird on a Wire Creations credit note. Sorry, no refunds. Please email us to receive an RA# (return authorization) as we cannot process returns/exchanges without this #.
Just mail the goods back to us (postage paid) and upon receipt, we'll issue a credit or exchange less original shipping and return shipping charges. Items must be in their original and un-used condition. Please note: sale items, bath products as well as custom & special orders are final sale.
For our US Customers: Please be advised that any customs or brokerage fees incurred upon return back to us will be deducted from the amount of your refund.
6. What about taxes and all that fun stuff?
• BC 12% HST (For now)
• ON, NL, NB 13% HST
• AB, SK, MB, PE, NT, NU, YT, QC 5% GST
• NS 15% HST
***Attention International Customers*** As required by law, we complete all Customs forms according to the regulations provided by the Canadian Postal Service. Depending on your country's Customs policy, you may or may not owe duty and/or taxes on your purchase. We are not familiar with the different methods your particular country uses to assess Customs fees and taxes. If you would like to know in advance the amount of duty or tax you may owe on your package, we suggest you contact your country's Customs Department. It is your responsibility to pay the duties and/or taxes assessed on your purchase; we are not responsible for, nor will we reimburse you for any of these charges. Furthermore, it is not lawful to mark your purchase as a gift. Orders shipped to the USA have no sales tax. Orders under $200 are not subject to any duty charges, plus many of our products are made in Canada and therefore not subject to duty anyway.
7. Can I have my order gift wrapped?
